GENERAL
Ordering online from FLEX is easy!
When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the ‘My Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.
Once you have your selected items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account, or create an account. Next, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order.
Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox.
We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply send an email to our Customer Care team at info@flexthelabel.com
We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations may not always be possible.
To request a change or cancellation, contact our Customer Care team at info@flexthelabel.com.au with your request details. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be processed on time.
All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded in full to your credit card. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped. However, you can return items for a refund according to our Returns Policy.
All items are based on an Australian size guide. Please refer to the product description for details on how the garment was size graded as each garment is size graded different however, remains true to the size it is graded against.
If you have specific questions about an item that aren’t answered in the product description, please contact our Customer Care team at info@flexthelabel.com.au. We’ll be happy to give you more information to help with your purchase.
We recommend that all FLEX products are cared for using the following guidelines:
- Turn inside out
- Do not bleach, rub or soak
- Cold hand wash with like colours
- Reshape when wet, dry flat in shade
- Cool iron on reverse, do not iron on prints
- Avoid rough and abrasive surfaces
- We strongly recommend avoiding the dryer for any styles with screen-printed logos, as the heat can cause the logos to peel due to the nature of the material
FLEX is designed in Australia by our in-house team, covering every detail from seam lines to silhouettes, sizes, and fits. We collaborate closely with our international factories to ensure you receive the highest quality items at the best possible prices.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.**
**Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
- Australian Standard Shipping arrives within 2-8 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
- Australian Express Shipping arrives within 1-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Standard international Shipping arrives within 6-27 business from the date your order has been shipped.

RETURNS
Absolutely! All full-priced items that meet our Returns Policy can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You can also exchange full-priced items for a different size if it is available.
However, due to the limited nature of our pieces, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for the original item to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee stock availability.
We will only accept returns of full-priced items for a refund or store credit if they meet the conditions in our Returns Policy. Full-priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code can only be returned for store credit. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
