FLEX ships worldwide however, shipping costs and timeframes will vary depending on your location.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Free Standard Shipping is valid for all Australian orders that are being delivered to an Australian shipping address, equally to a total of $100 or more.
Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via AUS POST Standard Shipping. AUS POST Standard Shipping arrives within 2-8 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
For orders of $100 or less, we offer:
—> Australian Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $10 for all domestic orders within Australia, with delivery taking 2-8 business days.
—> Australian Express Shipping: A flat rate of $15 for all domestic orders within Australia, with delivery taking 1-4 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders incur a flat rate of $20 AUD for Standard International Shipping, with delivery taking 6-27 business days.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. FLEX is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

TIMING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.**
**Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.
STOLEN OR DAMAGED PARCELS
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. FLEX is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.
FLEX is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact our customer care team at info@flexthelabel.com.
